It was where Persian kings cordially received their guests at Persepolis, a city in Pars.

Majeed Karimi from Shiraz has created a restaurant inspired by the Persian culture and his heritage.


The name of Pars now adorns this beautifully decorated Persian restaurant in Manhattan. Pars offers a wide variety of Persian dishes, from kebobs to stews, and luscious Persian desserts, all made with natural ingredients, and cooked by a Persian chef.
